We have a limited number of seasonal and H1N1 vaccines available for high-risk patients. Parents should call for availability and appointments.

We will be closed the following dates and times:

• Wednesday, November 25 (closed after 12 p.m.) through Friday, November 27 - Thanksgiving holiday
• Tuesday, December 22 to Sunday, December 27 - Christmas holiday
• Thursday, December 31 to Friday, January 1 - New Year's holiday
